I am a 2012 graduate from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy 3000 hour RMT & Hydrotherapy program.
I have been lucky enough to have been practicing and gaining experience at the same massage therapy clinic in East Vancouver for the first 9 years of my career as an RMT.
I am a firm believer in the positive effects that massage therapy can have on pain and stress management. I commonly include Swedish massage, myofascial release, and craniosacral techniques in my treatments. The tissue depths and techniques that are applied are tailored to each individual clients needs.
Prior to training in Massage Therapy, I worked as a licensed practical nurse in a number of areas of healthcare before settling down in spinal cord injury rehabilitation.
During my time in the nursing profession I was able to gain valuable life experience. This has given me a unique perspective on the concept of pain and how I’d like to focus my healthcare role in pain management through manual therapy.
I would like to help you in achieving your own vision of health and wellness! Whether it’s a specific issue or a more general need for stress & anxiety management.
